Cheryl “Rhode Island”: That’s a tough one. I would have to say April 25th. Because it’s not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket.

As referenced above from the cinematic masterpiece, Miss Congeniality (2000), today marks "the perfect date". Earth day just passed and Central Park is still full of people taking selfies with cherry blossoms. So grab your light jacket and go outside like we all did those first 2 weeks that Pokemon Go hit the scene.
